I have the dame issue with my 2007 W9, has anyone figured this out yet, what was the fix. I changed washer pump and washer/wiper/flasher controller on steering colum, still nothing

I have replaced all the fuses, relay, wiper switch and motor and still have no wipers or washer can you please help me out
