I'm gonna have to start paying more attention to the board on the weekends..... I had to go back and make sure I was in the right place ,curling irons and hair foo foo, then shoe collections?? Thankfully it turned the corner to cowboy boots and then redwings..whew..... I am gettin alot woried about KH though. Thinkin don't drop the soap. My redwings saved my feet countless times on rigs , worms runnin catlines will always try to crush ur toes. Don't think I ever actually wore a pair out ,they either got the toes mashed or shriveled up from calcium chloride. Worth every penny they cost. It's hard to turn loose of that much money for something your gonna slop around in mud and slime all the time but once u do you'll never go back. I still have the last pair that I used to wear in the OF and use them when working on the property / tractor. They are over 10 yrs old and still hanging in there. Think I paid about 130 for them . my favorite knock around boots are my kangaroo justins. Super soft . Almost like wearin tennis shoes. Favorite tennis shoes are the 20 dollar reboks from academy . My current work wear are what I call mcdonald shoes LOL. They are the black tennis shoe lookin things with the non slip soles. They work great for slippery surfaces . Look goofy but I look goofier bustin my butt on slippery #### on the floor. .... dang now I'm talkin shoes ...####. TG pleaseeeeeee get on the road!

 

Oh no.... don't blame me for the shoe talk. I didn't bring it up KH did.
Believe me I want to get on the road too. I'm not digging this "in limbo" routine we're in. Today we should have our plates and IFTA applied for. Fingers crossed.... waiting on the woman from TXDOT to call and say we can come and get them..

So we got plates today.... Yay! and we're enrolled in IFTA now gotta wait like 2 weeks for them to process it and send us our stickers.

 

That's just the thing.......I've been turning loose of too much of it here lately.

Kinda feel like everybody else......every time my savings gets close to down payment money for a truck, everybody and their little brother has a way of finding out and there it goes.

I need a new pair of work boots too.....see what I mean??????
