They are very acidic. I remember during that 2010 infestation while washing them off of everything you could feel the skin on your hands tingling and turning red from them mixing with the water. Stinky boogers too. The paint was about 11 years old at that time but those dang bugs really did a number on it.tscottme, JoeyJunk, Trucking in Tennessee and 1 other person Thank this.

Every fall, the company buys a pallet of Rain-X -20 washer fluid from the local supplier, that's all we use year round, no real complaints about it. I actually have more of an issue with these worthless spray nozzles on my T680, they miss a large portion of the windshield despite being tweaked.
