Windshield washer 'additive'

You hit the wipers with it 0 outside doing 60 and we are talking some serious wind chill.

 

Ever been in Florida on a motorcycle and run through a gazillion Love Bugs?

 

Those love bug guts will eat away the pant on ft. of truck after a few years of hauling atl. to s. fla. every trip?

They are very acidic. I remember during that 2010 infestation while washing them off of everything you could feel the skin on your hands tingling and turning red from them mixing with the water. Stinky boogers too. The paint was about 11 years old at that time but those dang bugs really did a number on it.

 

Every fall, the company buys a pallet of Rain-X -20 washer fluid from the local supplier, that's all we use year round, no real complaints about it. I actually have more of an issue with these worthless spray nozzles on my T680, they miss a large portion of the windshield despite being tweaked.
