We finally got reloaded in harrold sd. Blew an air bag an a tire that was fixed yesterday went flat again. We're stuck goin 3 hours to sioux falls SD to get it fixed. I hate havin to do that. Especially cuz the wife got a dot inspection 60 miles prior to our pick up and passed with no violations. I'd hate for her to have any issues getting to sioux falls.

We're stuck in sioux falls till morning. After hours guy had already been working all day and was not gonna be doing much tonight. He said he planned on turning down road calls all night tonight. Said they'll get started on our trailer around 9 or 10 in the am. This trip is really sucking big time.

Totally sucky for you too, I see. I'm still in Orange. I needed some fuel, and told them I was going to fuel here, but the power went out and the J and Pilot on both sides of the bridge are closed. I'm mad at myself for not thinking to get fuel yesterday. I've got a little over a quarter tank, so many highways are closed, and I may not have options for miles, til I get out of Texas, if I can. Now I'm trying to think about what my next move is going to be.

If needed you can get emergency fuel anywhere that takes the comdata card. Get it approved of course through dispatch. I've had to throw on 20 or 30 gallon at a t/a before to make sure i made it to salina ks. So ya have options if ya need them.

An yes this trip is a sucky one for sure. I called larry this morning to let him know the trailer is in the shop and they're gonna start working on it. I think he sounded a little ticked off. He didn't have any idea what i was talking about. Apparently neither after hours techs told him anything this morning about this ordeal. I call that marvelous communication in our shop. The cold outside makes the days seem longer. We left st. louis area saturday. Man it feels like it's been a whole week since then already.
