Im just reminding all to watch yourself in Maryland as they now have permission from the state to put speed cameras anywhere they want. That means you can get a ticket just inside the WV border coming down the first hill, 6 MPH over. Had a camera flash me in Silver Spring MD Saturday night at around 10 PM when I went thru a light but it couldve been 1 of 3 other vehicles.

so, before now, they could put cameras only in specific places? that seems.. pointless from a law enforcement point of view.
The other day I actually saw something I'd never seen in Colorado before - a portable sign on the side of the road announcing "photo radar ahead". It was just about 200 feet from one of their photo vans...
I see the vans all over the place, but this is the first time I've seen a warning sign.Baack Thanks this. -
Arizona has them all over. Warning about 1/2 mile then 300' to the cameras.
They give you at least 10 miles over.
Even the mobile ones put up signs. -
Be glad they're warning you! They can't be sued for having a "speed trap" as everyone was warned!
No one on the CB warned you, did they? -
the md cameras were supposed to only be in work zones
-
Please tell me where there isn't a work zone these days.
