Are you sayin' that bad mouthin' Werner --- or defendin' Werner, is a waste of time?

Then maybe you can answer a question I've had for a while now? Is it true that the
grass is greener on the other side of the fence?

Wellll, I think it's like you asked, "why get on here and waste ur time bad mouthin' em,, or defendin' em? ---- couldn't be more correct.
Werner is what they are and not likely to change any time soon. What Werner IS, or DOES, seems to be keepin' their doors open, albeit more like revolving doors --- but with every revolution of those doors it's like a cash register goin' Cha-Ching.
The sound of money
Such a beautiful noise.
Werner is a Big truck truckin' company. But before and on top of that, Werner is a business. The goal of a business is usually to generate a positive cash flow in exchange for a rendered service.
In Werner's case, the powers that be Werner have set things up their way. And they can do that without the permission of, their employees.
Their collective minds are already made up and they've likely convinced themselves they're right.
For that matter, they just might be right.
And if anyone thinks that goin' on and on about a company, --- constantly repeating what they've already repeated that they repeated before --- is accomplishing anything constructive, ---- I'd like to know what.
Things can go from venting down to just complaining, or upwards to ranting. But if either goes on and on too long, it becomes whining.

It's been said that the squeekin' wheel
gets the grease.
Not so in the Big truck truckin' industry.

In the truckin' industry,
that squeekin' wheel gets
replaced.
Usually with a new one.

Bottom line?
It's much easier for y'all to change employers than to change the ways an employer runs the operation. If a terrible employer fires an experienced driver for trumped-up reasons, ......... I'd be inclined to think being fired was a favor.
Ya reckon.

For some reason, the office environments are (too) often like that.
Just walkin' in to one of them and y'all can feel the tension.
Pettiness and drama abound.
No thanx.
All that stuff just makes the lonely, solitary lifestyle of a trucker seem even better, and easier to keep on truckin' ---- right past company terminals.

I'm thinkin' that to be qualified to make negative accusations concerning how others handle their job requirements, they'd have to know how to do it properly. Better yet, if they've actually done the job themselves.

So, in a quest for get-evenism, you'd ignore a driver in distress ---- who never caused you any grief?

if anyone else has read thru entire forum/all 78 pages,there have been numerous threads where someone from werner with admin rights to this site were making posts. is it just thousands and thousands upon thousands of ppl that are just crybabys and "want some cheese with their wine" or is this company up to no good??i think im gonna file a complaint in omaha in person
