Most megas wont run you regional unless it is some one like Schneider. Schneider is the only company that I have seen that actively seeks drivers to work some thing dedicated to a particular area. Tho you might have @Chinatown chime in with a mom and pop company in your area (if you want)

With COVID most shippers will not allow you to be on the dock, HOWEVER when you are loaded you are supports pull forward and look how it was loaded and if it’s not -20 in the trailer I get in the trailer and check my load locks, and if needed add one, looked like this was a classic shut the door and put the seal on and drive off, and it looks like that truck to a very hard left, as all the product fell the same way, but if you seen it on a YouTube it’s probably fakes to get views.

Good point about COVID. Mask up. Thanks.

-20 LOL. If it's loaded with vaccines, I'm checking it. ;)

Yes you will be help accountable, responsible and be required to pay for all damage...In addition you are also responsible for each trailer on either side of your dock door.
Remember...If you see something, Say something.

If you are an owner operator you might have to pay a deductible
