So I tried getting into confederated co op , apparently it’s the same thing as CNTL. Etc. I spoke to an owner operator their , and I asked him if I could driver his truck and then potentially start adding mine within the company. He told me tgat this company won’t even let new guys add trucks even if their driving for someone within the company this is hectic. I’m planning on going to my lawyer bout this whole trucking sinurity issue. There has to be something to be done about it ? Company’s can’t be playing favourites. I feel bad for new guys trying to get in the industry it gets harder and harder for them

Yeah, I'm a little confused. You can't force someone to hire you and unless you're being discriminated against as part of an identifiable group under applicable law I'm not sure what a lawyer is going to do except lighten your bank account.
Companies absolutely do have the right to play favourites.Coffey, peterd, BigHossVolvo and 1 other person Thank this. -
Their company....their rules.
Coffey, BigHossVolvo and not4hire Thank this. -
I used to work for a company. They played favorites. For that reason and a million others I left and started my own company. Now I play favorites. So far there has only been one driver I like enough to keep around.
Oh yeah, that's me!Coffey, BigHossVolvo and not4hire Thank this. -
Coffey, magoo68 and BigHossVolvo Thank this.

Why wouldn't you talk to them direct instead of hearing it from a driver
Coffey Thanks this. -

No big deal if you can't get trucks on at Fed Coop... they'll just be idle after the annual refinery explosion anyhow.
BigHossVolvo Thanks this.
