It's a T-800 'Anteater' day cab with a 3406E-475/1850, 18 speed, 16/46 axles, approx 600,000 KM. Not sure of the hours (which I tend to be more interested in). It was a fleet truck of an excavation company, and I would say its in average condition. I don't know if it has 4 wheel locks but I will find out this week. I would say the truck is in average condition for it's age and I would only look seriously if it's a deal. Any advice on what to look for besides general condition and oil analysis would be appreciated.
98' T-800...whats it worth?

Try looking on Truck Paper for similarly spec'd trucks..

If you can, pull a loaded trailer with it, run it up to operating temperature. Back it up also to check reverse gear. If you know what company owned it, call them and see if they have maintainence records. Just remember, an 11 year old truck with plenty of miles will be a gamble.

see if they will let you pull the gear box level plugs to check for filings on the magnets ,if they get nervious or mad walk away but as for the truck and the spec it should be good but the milage is getting up there
