    They have lost their marbles.

The 4 wheeler is clearly at fault. There is no law that the trucker broke.

What is sad is the truck was not even involved except by being there.

Let's see , It's foggy , I'm going to pull off to the shoulder so someone can run into me and get injured or killed and take everything I have ever made in my life and will make in the future .

People need to re think that one ...........:biggrin_25521:

That is what makes me sick about society now days. A man passes when he can't see, but it is the truckers fault for driving. What about the idiot who was passing, why was he driving!

The article stated he was probably going home, most likely from work. But the trucker who was at work, is at fault.

The reply that followed the article was much better written then the article itself; that response logically blamed the surviving driver for passing when it was unsafe, not the truck driver, and gave a couple of reasons not least of which was that it isn't safe to pull off on the shoulder in poor visibility with a well lit commercial vehicle because people do tend to follow the lights.

well instead of just complaining on this site why don't you post a comment on that site down at the bottom there is a place to voice your opinion.

BTW I didn't notice until I left my first comment that the writer was a blood sucking attorney instead of a biased journalist and had to post a second comment to address that issue. so keep that in mind if you take the time to voice your opinion
