I clicked the link to add a comment but it appears to be broken for me. If it was that foggy maybe the guy shouldn't have been in such a hurry. But as its already been stated "its always the big trucks fault". Some people have no respect for truckers and never will. If they could spend a week in a truckers shoes they would realize how difficult it can be from day to day.

They must have locked it down because all I get is Page Can Not be Displayed.

Oh and lets see. It was foggy out and the comercial driver, knowing the conditions were not perfect for running faster, was driving slower as to not out drive his vision in the fog, other vehicals coming. Yeap the driver of the passing vehical was clearly at fault.

The passing vehical was driving faster then the weather conditions allowed because he was not able to see the aproaching traffic in time to safely pass.

Oh and just because it is foggy, does not mean a truck should have to pull over, well not all the time. I pulled over due to fog once but it was like driving in a snowstorm. I had to look out my side window to see the strips on the road. I motored on till I found a safe place to pull completely off the road. But then no one should have been out that morning. I saw a few wrecks that morning after the fog lifted.

No way she could be related to Jack Thompson. That'd just be too easy.

come on folks leave your comments, I remember another Attorney in N.J. a few years back that wrote another stupid blog about the evil trucker and literally hundreds of comments were made to right that wrong thinking about truckers and the guy actually apologized for his mistaken beliefs, commenting on something like this is something that you can do and it possibly might open some eyes as to what we go thru on a daily basis anymore.
