Please clarify this statement.......VERY IMPORTANT!! Is the recruiter talking about Team Driving DURING YOUR TRAINING?.........or, is this a job DRIVING TEAMS PERMANENTLY? Big, Big difference. I would highly recommend against joining a company that just pairs you with some random rookie teammate. 99% of the time that scenario spells DISASTER!!. Get with a company that sends you with a trainer for 4-8 weeks......then you are issued a Tractor and dispatched solo. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Good luck!
