Climate Express

It had a new hubcap and oiler plug put on it last time we had it. It needed a new thermal or thermet plug put inside the outer hubcap. It wasn't leaking air when we picked it up this last time but it had been again at some point cuz there was fresh oil on the rim. The inner drum was soaked with gear oil and gunk. I was told to watch it an see if it kept losing hub oil or not. It maintained the oil level at the add mark. As soon as i took the oiler plug out an topped off the gear oil to the full mark it started leaking air again. Plus whoever changed the inner wheel seal at some point didn't bother to clean the oil an gunk off of the brake drum and brake shoes. Either way it was all written up when we dropped it at the yard when we got back from the dakotas and i expect far better work and or results from our shop. It's their job to fix stuff properly.

 

Nah they were thinking i could actually make it. I had to give Rob a call. Swapping loads with someone at the Petro in Knoxville.

 

Getting cracked windshield replaced at the yard then going to coke in Wright city taking it down to Waco

 

We loaded at biagis. I forget to send in for detention. Was there about 4 hours. We just gotta be at craftsmen by morning. Then they'll let us know what to do with the load.

 

Lately for some reason they've been giving us some loads that were not doable or barely making it on time. They never used to do that to us.

 

Besides needing the windshield replaced, how are you liking the volvo?

 

Rides a lot better than my inercraptional did. I had a Volvo two years ago and I liked it. It’s nice having an APU again not gonna lie
