I'll be traveling from Lethbridge, Ab to Seattle. From looking at the map my options are rt 3 to BC and the south to Spokane, or rt 2 thu Mt and Id. Any of them better than other. Or another option?

    I’d go 3 to 95 to I-90.

I’ve run 2, it’s scenic and remote and lots of critters, I’d opt for a different route especially if you might encounter winter weather.

    Been there, done that.
3, 95, 90 is the way to go. Nice scenic drive thru Crowsnest Pass.

Yes, Kingsgate crossing. All down hill after there.

Is that Flying J in Cranbrook a truck stop, or just fuel pumps with no place to park? Any other place to do 10hrs break?

There’s a little parking in Cranbrook but not much. There’s a fuel stop in Jaffray with some parking. There’s a scale at the junction where 95 goes south with a big lot.
