Nah, mine's right out there in the garage. Rebuilt all of calipers, new braided lines, new tires, had the forks rebuilt with the gold valve kit, and a few other odds & ends...THOUGHT it was good to go, but the forks started popping when I'd hit a bump on the 2nd ride, and by the 6th the fork seals were leaking again. Never did get around to tearing into it again, and I've got the wife's 1200 Sportster I can take out whenever I want to go for a ride. I really need to get the forks fixed so I can get SOME use out of those brand new tires that are begging to have the tread scrubbed off 'em.
Grubby, OLDSKOOLERnWV, x1Heavy and 2 others Thank this. -
Well, it’s been almost 3 years since I started this. I’m still with Millis even through the Heartland buy out. So far I haven’t noticed anything different except our new trailers are Wabash instead of Great Dane.
Miles are still good through this Roni mess, I’ll have 3200 come Monday. morning.
With all this media hyped crap going on, how are you guys and gals doing work wise?
Loaded In Albany GA last night for Indy. Stopped in Perry, GA about 0600 this morning so my little sister could out to meet me with a care package of hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes and that. Bonus home made chocolate chip cookies. It was almost like a bad dream. She and I stood at arms length apart,,,,, couldn’t even hug as her husband is very sick. We said our goodbyes and I hit the road. Grown man 59 years old and I cried all the way to ATL. Today has sucked thinking about that. Gotta remember though, I have a nice truck, food and water. I’m comfy. I’m making money while so many peeps are out of work.
Sorry, just needed to unload. -

Ben was the beloved son of the late Arthur, Jr, and Marge White. He was born into farming life in Houston County on February 16, 1961. He grew up helping his dad cultivate crops on beautiful farm land in the Centerville area. It was while learning farming and farm equipment maintenance that Ben became a lover of motorcycles. He rode his dirt bike all over 200 acres of land for years, Later Ben went on to make many friends in various motorcycle groups and was lovingly known as “Goober”.
Ben graduated from The Westfield School in Perry, attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, and then started his own trucking company hauling lumber and sod. In his later years, after spending time in Florida working in the engineering field, he went back into driving long haul trips all over the eastern United States. He enjoyed being on the road and seeing America.
