Guys how long does it take to get hired on after they do a MVR check? Month or two? I got a call and I’m still considering them

 

Did you get a call from the TM or recruiting?

After I interviewed with the TM I was on board within 2 weeks.

It's pretty much all down to the TM as far as an offer. After the initial checklist phone convo with recruiting I didn't deal with them at all.

 

I dealt with a recruiter and and she asked me some questions and pushed for a MVR. Sounds like I can get hired on. I have not spoken with TM yet. I suppose I would get no call until MVR passes? More steps after maybe?

 

why it take so long

 

It took me a little over a month.

I guess they are slow at verifying everything.

 

Can I ask all the checks they do?

 

Prolly employment mvr background. All the standard stuff. They just go through it thoroughly.

 

They use Hire Right. If you have something to hide, don't even bother. They will verify everything.
