134 CSA Points - can I get hired at a new company?

    Well, if you get fired for refusing a safety violation, it's a nice payout once you sue them for wrongful termination. In the meantime, since you still have a clean record, you can start a new job by the end of the week...

    At this point companies are desperate for drivers shouldn't be hard to find something with high csa ppints

    50. Montana is the only state that has any real limits on at-will, but the at will is allowed during a "probationary" period of typically 6 months. After the probationary period a person must be fired for cause.

    so each driver has their own csa score?

    Nope. CSA is for companies only. The driver does have a PSP report that lists wrecks and inspection violations though. The PSP is just a report of violations and has no numbers attached as a "score"
