Run from any company that has you fingerprint loads as a OTR driver. With todays HOS rules wasting drive time to do hand unloads is of little to no benefit at most OTR companies unless you just want the exercise .
If you keep track of all miles driven at the direction of your employer, any unpaid miles you drive is tax deductible as unpaid compensation.

Then they take your sign on, yearly, and safety bonuses just because they can. It starts at the top with the owner, management, dispatch, safety, pretty much anyone who is office. ####ty trailers that need to be in junk yards instead of on the road. You get a violation after reporting issue, it's your fault even when directed to drive it or quit. Never in my 35 yrs as a driver have I ever seen such ######## from a company.
