I have been looking for some shelves to add to the interior of my truck To store a few things and had intended to just suck it up and screw them to the plastic.
Then I found these, they work great, cause zero damage when removed and come in several configurations, both plastic and metal.

Best thing I've found in some time, really really useful. Was in stock at Walmart, no ordering necessary. In hardware department.

Is that a shelf or a soap dish?

Lucky12 Thanks this. -
OP, I hope the adhesive holds up for you. Nothing in my truck that sticks on lasts more than a year, heck even my IFTA stickers are starting to come off this year.

Yeah, I know it is made for a shower. It's pretty decent size though, about a foot wide. They have some that are grey and metal and different sizes that would really look nice rather than just acceptable, but they aren't kept in stock.

Well, it comes with an alcohol wipe to clean the surface and then 2 sets of the adhesive strips (4 total). It holds firm I bought a couple and have several pounds of weight in there. It's solid.86scotty Thanks this.

One good bounce and everything goes flying in every direction.

That's no matter what you do though. You gotta try!

I have had em up a month or so and nothing has fallen out. The depth of the sidewall is at least 3". If someone had a mind to, could literally add a dozen or more of these to the cab, any near vertical surface will work. Trust me on this, if you need additional storage give em a shot. Work awesome, very secure mount, nothing falls out. Two thumbs up!Moosetek13 and kylefitzy Thank this.

I've used these in my truck for years. 3M makes many shapes and sizes. I have a small one on my dash to keep pens, and other similar items handy. I've used the one pictured and it worked great. Only had one fall off in the last 8 years - and it was up there for a couple of years before it fell. I also find the hooks you hang over top of a door handy for hanging things. I hook them wherever they fit and hang hoodies, plastic bags, or whatever else I can think of. I find the kitchen, bath and general storage areas to be very useful - just takes a little imagination.
