Cut wire on top of CM871...

So I just noticed what looks like a cut wire in a pic I took of my engine plate. Truck is in the shop getting some suspension work done right now. I had zero codes when the truck got a PM, No dash lights either. The only issue is the A/C compressor won’t kick on unless it’s jumped. The shop jumped it and charged the system but still no A/C. Not sure exactly what wire this is but it makes me wonder. I know absolutely nothing about wiring beyond the batteries and some stuff behind the dash or lighting inside. Any help is appreciated. You can see the green wires at the connector below the 3 that have conduit wrapped around them.

 

Ok. That makes me feel a lot better lol. I’m sitting here looking through pics and started freaking out. Plus the truck not being here so I could look was driving me nuts. Thanks.
