It doesn't sound like they pay salary to me. The website keeps talking about drivers "average" X with the top drivers earning X.

    JBS pays day rate..
    Avg driver might run m-f
Another sun- thurs but gets weekend pay.
Another might work sun noon to fri noon.
Another might stay all 7 out and get weekend pay.
Less than a year gets paid less daily than experienced to start.
One year on the job gets less than a driver on the job for 5 years.
Some drivers take extra vacation time... extra vacation over 2 weeks is unpaid.
Running miles is not in the equation at all.

    Depends on driver experience.
    CSA scores
    Time with company
    Which division you run with.

Currently the low end, new hire, outta school ( but 2 months exp with a mentor) is $250 Mon-Fri

$275each if you work Sat or Sun

    $200 a month safety bonus...
Basically dont hit something and 2 training videos.

I don't know bennies cuz I'm covered by Govt/VA retirement.

One week salary on anniversary dates. Upto 5 years I think currently.

It goes up from there... a recruiter can answer better. They are salary, not commission, mine was straight with me, and conversations are taped.

This is not the JBS of old. They were bought by the mother ship and are 100% carrier for JBS Meats.

Beef Div.and Pork Div.... only two
Divisions I like . Container, Chicken, Rendering, Tanker, cattle hauling I don't know about.. but chicken runs cheap, live or processed.
    Hope that helps
