Were you by chance heading West on the Ohio Turnpike yesterday morning, say 8ish, somewhere between Montpelier and just the other side of Toledo? I saw one of your trucks as I was heading east, and tried to get the driver on the radio. I'm pretty sure he replied but every time it is rainy out my CB isn't worth a crap, something in the wiring to the antenna I haven't tracked down yet.

 

I think I jumped on the OTP going east about 13:00 ( 71) guess I should pay more attention.

 

Yup, that was me. If I had caught the name on the trailer sooner (I was lost in thought, about what I have no idea anymore) we would have a better chance, but not much. I don't know what the hell is up with that truck but between all the different audio wiring going thru a multiplexer and the issue with the rain that radio is pretty much useless unless it's dry and sunny.

I keep saying I'm going to break it off onto its own coax but I can't bring myself to spend half a day off taking apart a company truck.

 

I didn't miss you by much. I was getting back on heading West after an unload just outside of Cleveland about 2:30

Nice..... I don't suppose I could interest you in trading for my company issued 579 day cab auto shift? It's an under-powered, unresponsive, unpredictable pile of ####, but other than that it's okay!
