ATS has added some kinda. But they have cut the minimum requirements dramatically. Our safety scores are rising also. Go figure

In WI, if you work a 40 hour week $10.50 an hour then you are eligible for about $400 a month in welfare. I other words, any employer who is paying their workers less than $10.50 a hour is getting their business subsidized by your tax dollars.
If you can't afford to pay a living wage, then you can't afford to be in business. -
