Both are considered as "Reckless Driving", which is bad news.

The only company I know of that might consider you is Western Express and that's doubtful.
Submit online application and see what happens.

Today, Western Express has terminals stretching from Pennsylvania to California.

    Could be from 12 - 36 months.

Maybe find something on "Craigslist - truck drivers jobs"
Some 1099 companies cut a lot of slack to get drivers.

Most say 3 years. Western Express, as Chinatown said, might be your best shot. They give people second chances, when most wont. However, their pay is low and based on what I have seen out of their drivers the training aint the best, but you got to start somewhere.

Most contracts are in exchange for company paid CDL school. Since you already have your CDL that shouldn't be an issue.

1-5 over is easy for people to overlook, at 2 in the over 25 mph camp, thats a YOU problem to fix, mostly with time, 20 years ago, you probably grew out of being dumb, last year... you arent there yet.

Look at their point of view, its a 50-300k peice of equipment, people dont want to hire someone that cant be bothered to read signs
