Not a Timothy either. Birth certificate reads TIM. Hey Rick I leave it on for a reason my mom is 77 years old and has extreme osteoperosis not that I can help her being out wherever shindler sends me, But I make sure the phone is by her side at night and I always leave mine on. I suppose no one can aknowledge the fact that if a driver is assigned to a crappy board the driver is just screwed. I also have a buddy that knows a couple guys and team women drivers, some are there 19 and a little over 22 years. Thats the same response as far as assigned to a board. You either have good dispatching or you don't period. Ive never seen a web site like this before and am here like I say to let other drivers know about my experience. I will also let you know the other day I had my fingerprints taken, I had my hazmat years ago but let it go because the companies I drove for did not have hazmat insurance. The lady there when I showed her my paycheck could not believe what she was seeing, I said you proved my point thank you, Its 1 thing to say how much your making but then to show someone the results are entirely different. I have heard many bad things about schnieder, well heres 1 more to take into consideration.

Hey TIMMM your new around here so this is a warning
My suggestion is keep the insults down
You have the right to be upset about being fired
Just keep your replies polite
AfterShock, venne and shadowfax Thank this. -
Baak, Thank you, I made my point and I hope the truth hurts. Obviously if I were treated fairly I would not be here. I myself live in Green Bay
-
Then I really feel bad for you LOL

Its like 5 degrees here in Milwaukee

That's twice you've gotten my handle wrong. I'm beginnin' to think that you're not the brightest bulb on the billboard. They come --- they go. What's new about that? Are you tryin' to make a point here?I remember.Okay.Not to me.
But apparently it matters to you.I can ask "any" driver and they'll tell me how Schneider assigns loads?
Hmmmmmmmmm.................
Somehow I doubt that.Being "arrogant" isn't confined to "young college punks", who dispatch, TIMMM, but if you think an arrogant former Big truck truck driver could dispatch any better, I suggest you apply for that position.Did you tell those punks how arrogant they were for trappin' you like that?
They MADE you violate the law.
And then had the gall to write you a citation?
Preposterous!
That's absurd.
Since when did they start doin' their job?
Where are those Federal Marshals when y'all need 'em?There are certain parts that might still be empty --- head
on over and have that checked out.
:smt015 OOpps!
Dad-gummit. Every time I hear that Somebody Done Me Wrong song, it puts me to sleep.
Now, what were you whinin' about?
Refresh my memory."Again"?
You mean I was foamin' before?
What can I say?
Got a napkin?
Sure, your bib will do.
Ewwwww, it's all full of slobber and whine. :smt078YeaH, whatever "the girl" says.
Although "the girl" seems to have sized y'all up in short order.
Oh, BTW, ..... did you happen to mention to "the girl" that you'd walk in a New York minute from that company if they don't live up to your expectations? Or do you reckon "the girl" had already figured that out?You don't say?
Of those companies that requested a copy of your dinged DAC, how many called you?
Or was it just "the girl"?No doubt y'all are exposin' something.
<---- (Bottom Line)
Let's see, $24,000 a year after taxes? Seems a tad low to me for 11 years experience, but if you're satisfied with that I see no problem for you.Woulda. Coulda, Shoulda, ---- but isn't. Maybe it isn't as "easily met" as you think.
There's more to Big truck truckin' than seniority.
Attitude, for one.Thar ya go slingin' the word "fact" around again when, in fact, no fact has been factually presented or established. Just because you say so, doesn't make it so.
Doncha know.
For all WE know, ---- you might be a "fake".
I think that's possibly a fact.YeaH, bummers huh?
How many of my posts did you read before coming to that conclusion?
How many?
MaN-0-MaN, ---- you're good.
Why are you wastin' your time tryin' to be a Big truck truck driver when you have a talent to ascertain what folks you've never met before are or aren't, and in a matter of minutes no less?
I knew it was gettin' pretty obvious that my mentality was lackin', but you're tellin' me it's below zero?
Hmmmmmmmm -----
That's an improvement from the last time a wingnut diagnosed me.
I'm feelin' optimistic.
Oh well, it doesn't really matter what my mentality is as long as I still recognize bovine excrement when it presents itself.WhaT? You & me?
Are you sayin' your mentality is less than zero, too?
Truth be knowed, ...........................
Y'all didn't need to confess, I could already tell.
Hmmmmmmm ----
Just a guess on my part here, but I'm goin' with,
Important?OH!
Now I understand.
You got what you deserved, and now you want dispatchers to get what they deserve.
The lop-side of fair.
Would that hope and prayer include all dispatchers, or just those at Schneider?
Are you sure it's not getevenism that's drivin' you now?
Just curious, and you don't have to answer, but to whom do you "pray" to for dispatchers to get "slammed"?
You sound like you have a lot of anger and frustration built up inside. Might even be wound so tight that y'all are stressed out,
--- the way you're ready to go off so quickly over trivial things that wouldn't bother someone more stable. Take a chill-pill, relax, you'll feel better.
Might even be a fact.
But it's a theory for sure.
.
.
.
Uhhhhhh, ------
Is there any foam left near my mouth?
How 'bout in my beard?
I look ok?
I thought so.
I sure wouldn't want to move on to the next poster with foam comin' outta my mouth.
After all, I do have an image to protect.

jeeez, can't ya tell when a guy is putting your name wrong on purpose "Electicshock absorber? Yeah, you're right I may be a few sandwiches short of a picnic but I didn't come off the turnip truck this morning.
A512 Thanks this. -
Usually I can tell, and I figured that's what you were doin'. Actually, I thought it was pretty clever.
But you were really on a roll there, blowin' off steam. Don't get me wrong here, if y'all need to vent a tad, it's much better to do it here harmlessly than out on the road somewhere.HeY, we all must be a tad off kilter if we're drivin' Big trucks. What sane person would put up with all the carp we do and be back for more?
I hope you didn't take me too seriously during our exchange. I was typin' with my tongue planted in my cheek while at the same time giving you something, or someONE to vent your frustrations at.
No hard feelings on my part.
How 'bout you?
A512 and pinballwizard Thank this. -
No, no hard feelings, But I am wondering are you guys/ ladies employed? Are you drivers or dispatch? Where do you get the time to play on the computer if your working? When I was driving,I just had time to pay bills spend some time with my mom, and help her with anything and everything i could until it was time to leave again. and I will get another job, I know that its just very inconvienient after getting hired then thinking I may have a decent job and it goes sour.
pinballwizard and A512 Thank this. -
And I do need to apologize to you and anyone else I spoke to. and I mean that sincerley. I am sorry. I had no right to talk to you or anyone like that. All my anger should be directed to Schnieder and Schnieder only. If there is any type of problem it should have been handled alot different. If there is a problem with assigned loads or the amount of short runs a person gets there should be a cap as to how many a person does before getting any type of miles which is how I was paid. I had so many drop and hooks in a 2 day period it was not logged correctly just because there was not enough room on my paper log. Then you know a person should be getting paid by the hour at that point. And I am dissapointed I lost my job because a job is a job regardless of where you work. Some people told me to be thankful and Im not. I was there for 2 things and 2 things only. Number 1 and most importantly was to make the company money. Because if they don't make money I don't make money And then I want to make money. And thats the way I am with every job Ive ever had. It did not need to be alot but a little more than 2-$300 per week after a while was all i was getting. It started good but then it became less and less. But again I am sorry for the the way I talked to you because you had nothing to do with that.
A512, Baack, pinballwizard and 1 other person Thank this.
