    Hi,

    Anyone could suggest or know of a good ticket fighting lawyer or business in Quebec? We have a charge for "load of 2 axles over the permitted weight, driving without a special permit". Don't want to lose CVOR points.

    First apply for a trial by filling out the small detachable form at the bottom of the notice letter. We are still waiting for the trail date, it may take up to 10 months. Called couple of law offices in Montreal I found on google, they quoted $250, they might plea guilty and try to reduce the charges, we don't want to lose the CVOR points.
