1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

You didn't say why you were fired, or whom you were fired from but most companies know what goes on at the large trucking companies. Check out the smaller companies in your area. Check them out in person and be all neat and tidy when you go to see them. The military isn't a bad thing but don't go if you're just too desperate. Good luck and God bless.

When you were out driving didn't you make any contacts, build a network. I meet O/O's and drivers for other companies, smaller ones, all the time out on the road. Draw on those resourses, maybe an O/O that you met may not be hiring, but he knows other O/O's and drivers.
Somebody who has met you in person, out on the road, can be more able and willing to toss you a bone, some inside info to an O/O or company.
    Good Luck to you.

    truckerdave17 Thanks this.

hey truckerdave, i'm in the same boat as you. i got fired from Marten for a log violation. Now I can't even get hired at JBHunt. I happen to live in St. Charles, MO. so if you have any luck finding a company or O/O please share the info.

CSA 2010 goes back 3 years . It's going to be a lot tougher for anybody with any violations to get hired .
