So I used to work for this company. Their dispatchers and planners suck ###. Now I know what you're thinking. "This guy got but hurt and now wants to do a horrible review on them." As my name says I tell you what others are afraid to speak. This company requires escrow payments of $10,000 dollars which they call deposits. Which will be taken out of every paycheck for 15 weeks. Now when you leave don't expect to recieve any money that you paid in back. I was terminated after 6 mos for three minor incidents two which I was not at fault. When I received my settlement after 45 days of no longer employed with them they kept my 6,500$ of my maintenance account and the $10,000 in deposits for insurance and truck deposits. I would highly encourage you to avoid this $3000 a week deduction company and go with a better company.

 

They also recently increased truck payments to $1000 from $900 a week.

 

N what’s wrong with it. ???? The feds are not saying anything u are. Been working here for over 2 yrs. N never had 1 problem.. yes not every week is great. But good way overwhelms the bad for sure. I get home when I want. Run the miles I want or can.. call the shop. They get it fixed right away. I have an amazing dispatcher. That is honest n upfront with me. We are a team in the work a good Dm. A good driver. Either side bad. Get the rotten apples out for sure

 

Now no longer allowing lease unless u are with the company for 6+ months. I’m sorry but about time

 

honestly I can’t blame them. Cause to fix/ repair the truck. Is about that much n most drivers abandon the equipment wherever they want. And also 3 minor accidents. Wether they are ur fault or not That’s a lot to take in. Cause not only is it repairing the equipment but also csa score
