where does the trim file number come from that u load from pc

It is printed on top of each injector. Post #1 shows the different styles of injectors.

a-certs dont use trim numbers. they have file numbers for each injector that you have to download from a disk that has various files on it. they did this to stop people from changing to hot trim codes. if you know someone that can figure out what files are may be able to do it that way. far-calls post is the best way of explaining it.

no no its on the injector i think it's a 12 or 13 diget #. but you cant just load it in the ecm unless you have the file loaded up in et. thats the way it was explained to me.
