15 mph speeding ticket...

    Is there any leasing companies that will allow you to have a 15 mph speeding ticket (personal vehicle) on your record and still take you on for the owner op position?
    That is the only thing against my record. Been driving since 2017.

    If I’m not mistaken, 15 or more over the posted speed limit is considered ‘ reckless driving’, that’s a tough charge to beat. Best to hire legal counsel.

    15+ over is a reckless driving charge in my neck in the woods also.

    As mentioned you need to hire league counsel to get the 15 reduced, otherwise you're screwed.

    Forget about all of the trucker lawyers that advertise on the internet, call a lawyer that is in the same district that the ticket was issued.

    It was from Jan 2020. I called someone who deals with tickets and they said the state it was in allows up to 30 days after the ticket. I take it as no dice on getting it lowered.
