I’ve been chasing a fuel
Issue for a couple months on my 03 C15 MBN prefix. Has good fuel pressure. Fuel lines are new. Return check valve is new. Injectors scanned okay. Bypassed primary fuel filter to check for cracks. Pressure tested CAC. All
Checked out
It seems to run poorly in higher elevations. Only when loaded. Drives fine empty. But once you have a load on it spits and sputters when you’re up shifting through the gears in the hard pulls. Seems to get worse in warmer weather too
going to try changing the atmospheric pressure sensor next. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue

I has similiar issue on c13, every time I put a load on it, it would shudder, like a misfire. Ran injector test multiple times(single and mutiple) and finally just changed them even though they showed "ok". Problem went away.

After I put on a gear reduction starter, it sometimes fire right off, next time you may crank it few seconds but it always starts.
Second one I've seen working on trucks, except it usually misfires more often, is injector seals leak into cylinder and will misfire when boost comes up.
Mbn, so I think it's not acert, some of them had injector harness issues, that seemed to show under a load
