You're missing Tabbouleh, Hummus (not that store bought pasty ####), Thuum, Grape Leaves (not the nasty greek ones), Labneh, Fattoush, Sfeeha, and Manakish!!

*BTW... I'm not Lebanese. According to my genetics, I'm almost entirely German, Irish, and English. White as can be. I can help with proper pronunciations for all the food I just mentioned.

This seems to be inconsistent. Coffee and donuts should be together. Some one should be making the donuts for you, so you can have coffee and donuts at the same time.
