    Just go to truck shop and ask for some 8 bolt shim gaskets, you'll have to try different combinations to get right setup in gears.
    K-2402 is bypass kit for cooler

    Every pto I have seen on an Eaton 10 has been towards the rear of the tranny, on drivers side, not even close to the cooler lines.
