    It would depend on the actual customers you are going to, but overall I don't consider the locations you listed as royal PITA locations to get in/out of in terms of size of a truck. Traffic is another issue dependant on day/time/road destruction. I can't speak for Pleasant Prarie, deliver to a lot of places in Wisconsin but never there.

    How about bridges and stuff? And that's what I'm worried about. I figure a night shift that starts at about 9pm I would miss most traffic

    Those areas are not as bad as you’d think. If you go in the day time, you’re more then likely to have a truck go under something before you do. Eyes peeled for signs and you should be alright.
