Yes Sir!
As I was working on my truck had 2 drivers walk up and offered me some help if I needed some after I was done one of them showed me a more modern set up said all that I need is a new bracket for mine .Rideandrepair, Midwest Trucker, TheLoadOut and 1 other person Thank this. -
Just converted my compressor a couple of months ago. Mounted the conversion plate mount to my existing mount. Had to change the tension setup though. I used an extra n14 alternator tension bar i had and mounted it to the front of the engine. Turned out really good.
Rideandrepair, Midwest Trucker, TheLoadOut and 1 other person Thank this. -

Oh I do the last time I was at the dealer for fan belts, I told him I wanted all of them cause he just showed up with one set...
His reply "I thought you were joking "Rideandrepair and Big Road Skateboard Thank this. -
Get your brackets, and Sanden part #, next time that POS York takes a crap, flush the lines, and be done with it. Better yet, before the Yorks 3 yrs old. Rarely last longer than that. Sandens much better and cheaper too.
Final Drive Thanks this. -
I got a year and a half out of my last sanden compressor, don’t know how much better they really are…
luckily all our trucks compressors are the same and the clutch is the only thing different, cat just has them mounted horizontally instead of vertically like our n14Last edited: Jun 25, 2021
Rideandrepair and Final Drive Thank this. -
What makes the Sanden so much better than the York style? Is it really worth converting?
Rideandrepair Thanks this.
