    Depending on the judge/judges in his area the lawyer may have known he'd get more leniency in sentencing by following this path.

    I am so glad to learn that companies hire DUI convicts after 5 years. My well wishes for your friend. Enjoy your new life.
    I wish we give a chance to felons too, who come out of jail. Please put everyone in the workforce, America needs workers.

    Commercial Driving Academy in Duncan SC... LOVE my job, after 30 years behind the wheel I felt like it was a good time to stop dealing with the headaches and give back. You're right about this guy tho, he's got an incredible work ethic & has been a real favorite of everybody here. Hoping we can get great answers & a profitable career started! We're a 4 week course (160 hrs) & we're $4,600. We're bilingual & we're true adult education style in that we allow students to create their own schedule as long as they can complete all 160 hrs. Hard to stop working for 4 straight weeks and still feed the family ya know?

    What good are Lawyers if they can’t get a DUI reduced to a lesser charge? First offense used to get reduced to Impaired or ? Some type of misdemeanor. Hopefully he can get it expunged ASAP. Good Work Chinatown.
