I am a firm believer that you should report anyone consuming alcoholic beverages to the proper authorities. That will teach them a lesson about not sharing.
Other truck drivers are buying beer, should I report them?

Nay. We need fewer morons who are focused on other people, and more who mind their business and do their jobs. A beer in the sleeper is no more dangerous than half the prescriptions many of these drivers are on.

The question isnt about them buying beer. The real question is, are they on their 34 and kicking back and enjoying their time off.
Buying beer isnt a crime. Owning beer isnt a crime.
It is only a crime if a commercial operator is consuming while operating. That should be reported.
Also remember, being at a truck stop doesnt mean that everyone in there is a truck driver. The truck stop might have a better price than the nearby grocery store. -
I don't disagree with you, but you have to understand that @IluvCATS had a rather mischievous sense of humor. Most of his posts were just meant to stir the pot, all in good fun. At least that's the way I always took it. He always made me laugh with his silly posts.skellr, austinmike, thelushlarry and 4 others Thank this.
