    My shoulder blades hurt. Kinda sore. Is this normal after a minor accident?

    It is not crazy pain, just kind of annoying.

    Uncontrolled intersection (lots of those around here). Whoever gets there first goes first. Tiebreaker goes to the car on the right

    That would strongly indicate that you were there first, by about half a car length

    insurance adjuster gave the verdict, the other driver was at majority fault

    I was at the intersection before the other car, I had the control of the intersection, the intersection was mine, that's what the insurance adjuster said

    I am still not satisfied. My fault is bothering me. As a future CDL holder, I should have been defensive. I didn't follow the defensive driving 101, to slow down at the intersection no matter what.
