For dry van though, USA Truck and Wilson Logistics look the best.

Firstly, welcome back! I don't mean to derail the thread, but why leave restaurant management? I'd think it's fast paced, and herding cats. Obviously none of my business, but just curious why you'd drive a bus instead.Michaelg77 Thanks this.

Good question, actually. I have been in restaurant management for over 20 years and ready for a change. I have driven a truck before and absolutely loved the job. I made my intentions known that I was looking to drive a truck again with my employer at the time and they formulated a plan to get rid of me. Since this was the start of the pandemic, I had to DoorDash at the time just to make ends meet. I was making a food delivery one day and noticed a banner on a fence where the school buses were parked about free training and drivers wanted. I applied and got my license, endorsements, and certificate to be a bus driver. The idea has always been in the back of my mind and now since I’m out of work due to the summer, I figured it would be better to have a more steady source of income.God prefers Diesels Thanks this.

Geez, it's almost like my exit from the oil patch. I understand what it's like to get sick of it and move on. I wish you the best of luck.Michaelg77 Thanks this.
