Ahhhh you made it out of that hell hole in Jersey? That place you went to will test your skills for real. I reloaded in Russellville, AL yesterday and delivered at Certainteed in Jonesburg, MO. I was so out of sync yesterday I shut down early. I don't where my head was at lol.

 

Bro, I had 10 pallets of mayo on when I went to Houston last week......$360!!!!! They're getting that money

 

At least Hershey somewhat does that in terms of lumpers, depending on where we deliver. Certain McLanes will be taken care of ahead of time and others there is still the ungodly limper transcactions

Oh yeah, quite honestly I hardly ever ask for it. Robert did tell me to communicate when they take too much time. They will call customers and crack the whip on them sometimes. Some of the customers they seem to be on a very friendly level with. Communication is everything in trucking, but here especially. They like to keep all trucks moving as much as possible. It's a system that's really good. If you think/know you're going to be held up, send a message asap. They will so what they can to get the ball rolling, and I appreciate that wholeheartedly. Some places, are turtles. They don't budge for nobody lol.
