    Still unsure how cargo theft, killing someone else in another state, and shooting an officer, and killing one's self come together.
    I get most of it, but its the middle part I'm having trouble with.

    Its not theft, its peaceful redistribution of wealth /drip. Sad thing is that in several sites and palces they are DEFNEDING this pos and hopeing both the driver and cop die. And not just a few but dozens or hundreds.

    When you have a violent mob mentality like that where crimes such as his are viewed as good then of course they happen far more often.
