    I feel like if folks will just hold on to their money for six months these high prices will drop. Basically folks are feeding the fire.

    Look at the lumber prices they were crazy high now they have dropped like a rock.

    Price is still not that bad for a new truck .i just went ahead and paid 1500 . I heard all the new trucks are coming with mandatory anti collision and lane deviation tech once this new infrastructure bill is signed which passed the senate yesterday.i Dont want to deal with that ####ty system. People are going to order in bulk just so they can get a truck without it so i dont see all these orders slowing down .

    I ordered mine in April and got April pricing. Just under $170k for a pretty loaded up 579 UltraLoft. I’m paying the $1500 and hoping it shows by the end of the year other wise my taxes are going to be a freaking mess.

    I had to go in today for a software update on my emissions. Salesman got on the computer and I now have a guaranteed mid-October build date, so that’s progress. And depending on what parts it needs after that they are hoping to see it delivered sometime in November. But at least with the guaranteed date it will have a VIN soon so worse case scenario we can do the paperwork like I took delivery of the truck this year even if it doesn’t show up until after the first.
