No start. 2014 Cascadia. Ultrashift. J1939 No trans code on dash. Fuse? Please help.

With a J1939 code and a no start i would say start at trouble shooting the j1939 network,With the key in the off position and the batteries disconnected,check across pins C and D,you should have 60 ohms or close to it
pin C is Can hi
pin D is Can low on your network
if you have 120 ohms one of your resistors has gone bad

 

I recently had found the harness on the transmission was rubbing through. Shorted out the TCU.
Early symptoms was data erratic errors and hesitant shifts.

 

was this causing a no start?

 

Not in my case.

 

Where are pins C and D? Sorry if thats a dumb question. I can't find that in the owners manual. Im a farmer not a truck mechanic so it's a little out of my expertise.
