Did officer have written permission to be on private property. The driver has implied consent he is a costumer

What’s the rest of the story... did he get a inspection or did the cop just check for warrants and cut him loose?

 

Probably was an outside tire and got told on with video. Who knows

I can see that is Pennsylvania Dot representing PA well. This is how we get our money & justify our existence. We are out here keeping the parking lots safe. I have to keep this one available for training purposes to show them.. Stay clear of the PA parking lots for service it has been known to be a costly shake down.

 

I didn't think LEO's could go on private property either, without a warrant. That rumor was dispelled when a farmer friend in Wis. took some cows to a local auction, when he came out, the DOT had a ticket on his window for a lot of money for running red fuel. They dipped his, and all the other trucks tanks on the auction lot.
