thank you so muchRideandrepair and Magoo1968 Thank this.

I gotcha. I thought you were talking about fuel prime in the previous post.Rideandrepair Thanks this.

When in
. Prime schmime, shoot it with some ether!! At least half a can!! Lol.God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
Ok
In my opinion if after the oil change it would not start most likely the auto shutdown was activated because of no oil pressure to protect the engine.
By continually spraying it with either to make it run they were over riding the safety protection causing damage to the bottom end of the engine with the end result of a locked up engine.
It sure sounds like to me something was definitely done wrong with the oil change.
The odds of something else going wrong with the engine at the exact time of the oil change are astronomical and like wining the lottery.
Also In my opinion the original shop needs to answer some difficult questions and is fully responsible for doing what ever is needed to make it run correctly again.Rideandrepair, akki abdel, AModelCat and 1 other person Thank this. -
so if i take theme to the court i can win right

Not unless you've got proof.
Like several of us have said, you've got to get it to a proper shop and get everything documented.Hulld, Rideandrepair, akki abdel and 1 other person Thank this. -
