    That's probably for a complete drop in with accessories.

    How much for them to rebuild it? If it didn't spin a bearing, the block should be okay.

    DD15 you change cartridge filters. Then either use the fitting to pressurize fuel system or you hand pump it about 3 to 400 pumps. I don have issues getting mine to start after servicing.
    A healthy DD15 with treated fuel will start with no issues really at -25deg it will rattle and bang but will start without ether
