    Yes, but in my experience, most of the trouble is closer in inner-city area. I havent heard much of this sort of thing happening way out like this. However, its still Shreveport. Its just a bad city period.

    I was stationed there in the USAF back in the early 80’s. Wasn’t much better back then. Prayers to the driver.

    No wonder that area is ravaged by hurricanes, God is trying to flush that toilet,,,with no power, and 95 degree temps, coupled to waste in the streets, let's rebuild,,,who knows what the story is here, I always think we never hear the REAL story.
