    I’m on my phone. Using desktop version on browser. It will initially load, then I can’t navigate. And I just get that red circle loading icon on screen. Been doing it since last night still doing it.

    I had this same problem last week. After waiting 2 days for ITS to call me back, it was determined my tablet needed updating to support the new ITS updates...
