It took me up until about the 5 year mark until I wasn’t the new guy anymore. Then it seemed like there were always a couple trucks that had drivers in and out of them. The thing that sucked the most is that it was always the newer guys that tore up equipment or wrecked. You could always tell the ones that simply had no pride at all, it showed in everything they did on a daily basis from how their tarps looked to how clean the truck was.
Why? Just... Why???
