Helping a buddy with an air leak on his 2017 Kenworth T680 MX13 10sp Eaton auto. Found the source to be a fitting on a component that is above the top of the trans bell housing and looks to be mounted to the bottom of the floor of the cab.
The air line is green 1/4" poly and runs to the air dryer manifold.
It is one of the most difficult components to get to on this truck. I have to sit in the drivers side wheel well and reach up from under the truck frame between trans and frame. I am able to barely touch the fitting with my fingers at the full length of my arm. I can 100% confirm the leak but there is not enough room to even pull the line and re-seat it. Surely will not be able to get the fitting off and put on a new one. The leak is most likely from the o-ring inside the push-to-connect fitting.
Anyone know what component that is? How to access it? Maybe a secret floor panel?

You may be able to jack up the back of cab in between the air bags too get some more room to work, and be sure to block it up so it will not hurt you if jack lets go with you under cab? But yes there is a panel that you can un bolt that's around where the shifter was in a stick shift truck, look for the bolts threads sticking down threw floor to see if it has one?

Very difficult to get any kind of usable picture. Many other components, cables and tubes in the way. Can barely spot a little bit of the green 1/4" tube. Will see if I can get something tomorrow.

Bottom of cab has the Electric Over Air solenoid bank. Very prone to leaking @ fittings and between solenoids. I usually jack up cab as suggested and work @ battery box. Last six of VIN and might be able to share drawings.

Just disconnect shocks by airbags? Any other wiring or tubing to watch for? Any specific place to jack? How much travel should I be able to jack? Any other things to watch for? -
I primarily deal with day cabs, but I use short jack between frame and a cab structure crossmember. I haven't had need to disconnect shock. Green 1/4" hose is the supply for EOA solenoid bank.

You should be able to pull those fittings from the solenoid.Had a mechanic at truck stop use pliers to get it. The end that goes into solenoid is push/pull too.

Thanks for this info and drawings, very helpful. Found taking the drivers side mud flap off gave me a little better view of the EOA bank but the supply is on the other side where I am not able to see or reach very easily. Not confident enough to jack the back of the cab, it is a double bunk.

That is good to know. I did feel around with the one hand I can get in there but just could not get comfortable with how it worked exactly. If I could see it or have seen one in the past and knew exactly how it was working I might go after it with pliers. But it is only a leak right now and I don't want to disable the truck and not be able to get it back going.
